New Holmatro Rescue tools put in service.

In September members voted to completely outfit Rescue 59 with Holmatro tools. The equipment was purchased and installed on R-59 along with a portable power unit, tool, and ram on Engine 59-1. The members drilled with the new tools berfore placing them in service.
